Dear Parents and Guardians:
Listed below are the morning lineup and dismissal procedures for 2021-2022. We provide breakfast from 8:00 to 8:20 a.m. in the cafeteria and also participate in the Breakfast in the Classroom program which means that every child can have breakfast upon entering school at their regular time. If your child is coming in for early breakfast, please enter from the Main Entrance on 37th Avenue. ENTRANCE INTO THE SCHOOL AT THIS TIME IS ONLY FOR STUDENTS WHO EAT BREAKFAST in the cafeteria. Please bring your children to school on time using the entrance below by 8:30 a.m (doors will open at 8:20 a.m.). The main entrance on 37th Avenue is not a morning entrance for students. Finally, children cannot be left unsupervised outside before 8:00 a.m. This is a form of child neglect. The school will report this to the Bureau of Child Welfare.
MORNING LINE-UP: (Indoor only) between 8:20 - 8:30 a.m. everyday. Doors close promptly at 8:30 a.m. Instruction begins at 8:30 a.m. If a student is not in front of their teacher at 8:30 a.m., the student is late. Late students enter on 78th St.

Morning Line Up and Dismissal
Kindergarten Classes enter through the schoolyard playground on 78th Street, line up in the cafeteria and dismiss at 2:50 p.m.through the schoolyard playground on 78th street*.

Grade 1 enter through Exit 3 on 77th Street, line up in the atrium and dismiss at 2:50 p.m.through Exit 3 on 77th street.
​
Grade 2 enter through Exit 6 on 78th Street, line up in the Auditorium and dismiss at 2:50 p.m. on 78th Street to 37th Avenue.
​
Grade 3 enter through Exit 2 on 77th Street, line up in the auditorium and dismiss at 2:50 p.m.through Exit 2 on 77th street.
​
Grade 4 enter through Exit 2 on 77th Street, line up outside their classroom and dismiss at 2:50 p.m.through Exit 2 on 77th street.
​
Grade 5 enter through Exit 6 on 78th Street, line up outside their classroom and dismiss at 2:50 p.m. on 78th Street at the Cafeteria Gate.

*In inclement weather (snow covered grounds), Kindergarten parents will receive an automated call IF there are changes to the dismissal. If dismissal is changed due to snow covered playground, dismissal will be on 78th St. by the Cafeteria Gates.

Children in grades K, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 are to be picked up promptly.
Grades 3, 4, 5 students who are not picked up promptly will wait outside of the main entrance on 37th Avenue for 10 minutes. If you do not want your child to walk home alone, please send a letter to the teacher (only children in grades 3, 4, and 5).

Estimados Padres y Tutores:
Anotado abajo son los procedimientos para la entrada y salida para el año escolar 2021-2022. Desayuno en la cafetería es de 8:00a.m. a 8:20 a.m. Tambien participamos en el programa de Desayuno en el Salon de Clases lo cual quiere decir que todos los niños que desean desayunar, pueden desayunar en su clase cuando entren a su horario regular. Si viene a desayunar en la cafetería, entre por la entrada principal en la avenida 37. ENTRADA A LA ESCUELA A ESTA HORA ES SOLAMENTE PARA LOS NINOS QUE DESAYUNAN en la cafeteria. Por favor llegue con puntualidad utilizando las entradas indicadas abajo antes de las 8:30 a.m. La entrada principal en la avenida 37 no es una entrada para los alumnos por la mañana. No debe dejar los niños solos sin supervisión afuera antes de las 8:00 a.m. Esto es una forma de negligencia infantil. La escuela lo reportara a la oficina de Bienestar Infantil.
ALINEACION POR LA MANANA: (ADENTRO) solo de las 8:20a.m. a 8:30 a.m., todos los días. Las puertas cierran puntualmente a las 8:30 a.m. El día instruccional empieza a las 8:30. Si el alumno no esta frente a su maestra(o) a las 8:30 a.m., el/ella está tarde. La entrada cuando llega tarde es por la calle 78.

Salida y Alineación Matutina
Las clases de kindergarten ingresan por el patio de parque de la escuela en la calle 78, se alinean en la cafetería y terminan a las 2:50 p.m. a través en el parque de la escuela en la calle 78 *.
El grado 1 ingrese por la salida 3 en la calle 77, haga fila en el atrium y salga a las 2:50 p.m. por la salida 3 en la calle 77.
El grado 2 ingresa por la salida 6 en la calle 78, se alinea en el auditorio y sale a las 2:50 p.m. en 78th Street hacia 37th Avenue.
El grado 3 ingresa por la salida 2 en la calle 77, se alinea en el auditorio y sale a las 2:50 p.m. a través de la salida 2 en la calle 77.
El cuarto grado ingresa por la salida 2 en la calle 77, se alinea fuera del aula y sale a las 2:50 p.m. a través de la salida 2 en la calle 77.
El quinto grado ingresa por la salida 6 en 78th Street, se alinea fuera del aula y sale a las 2:50 p.m. en la calle 78 por el porton de la cafetería.

*Durante mal tiempo (nieve), haremos una llamada automatica a los padres de niños en el Jardin Infantil, SOLAMENTE si hay un cambio en la puerta de salida. Si un cambio es necesario debido a nieve, el despacho sera en la calle 78 por el porton de la cafeteria..
Los alumnos en grados K, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 tienen que ser recogidos a tiempo.
Los alumnos en grados 3, 4, 5 que no sean recogidos a las horas indicadas estarán esperando a sus padres afuera de la entrada principal de la escuela en la 37 avenida por 10 minutos. Si usted no quiere que su niño/a camine a su casa solo, por favor envíe una carta a el/la maestro (solo para niños de 3, 4, y 5 grados).
